romansSchool Trips & Visitors

To extend and enhance our children educational experience we often take them on trips or organise for specialists to visit the school. These trips and visits are always in connection with the work being done in class.

Sometimes there is a cost involved in these trips and visits. We do not force any parents to pay, (nor would we want to), for activities that take place mostly or wholly during school hours, but we do sometimes ask for voluntary contributions. We do expect that the cost of activities that take place outside of normal school hours, or the board and lodging cost of residential visits, to be met by the parents. Parents on Income Support may apply for reimbursement of these.

Victorian Day

Simon Stone came to teach us about life in Victorian Times. All the children came dress in period costume and took part in drama workshops. Click here to view the gallery.
